Cody Hancock is more then just a great bull rider he's a hero in Tylor AZ. As one drives into Taylor, AZ they are greeted by a Monument that says "Welcome to Taylor, Az home of world Champion Bull Rider Cody Handcock". Cody Hancock comes from a long line of rodeo cowboys, including his Father and several family members. Currently Cody's brother Wyatt is riding the Bareback circuit. Cody has a long line of rodeo sucess from riding early in his career bulls and broncs.

In 1998 Cody won the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association Rocky Mountain Region all-around and bull riding champion. Then in 2000, Cody was the first roughstock cowboy in PRCA history to rally from No. 15 spot at Wrangler NFR to win a world championship.

One could talk all day about Cody's success in rodeo, but Cody is more the just a Bull Rider. Cody has a wonder wife and 3 beautiful childern; enjoys spending time with them and running rough stock on his land. Cody has spent time as a missionary in New York City and finds way to give back to his community like the first annual 2007 Cody Hancock invitaionals which bought thousands into the stand and 37 top bull riders.
